Aucto Role
Our team was responsible for the end-to-end production and execution of the NH7 Weekender Festival in collaboration with
festival owners, OML (Only Much Louder). From venue selection and recce to layout planning, design of elements, and
fabrication—every aspect was handled by Aucto. We were fully responsible for the end-to-end production and on-ground
execution, ensuring the project was delivered on time and to the highest standards. Creating access roads for the public by 125
strong team that was working on the ground, the approximately 200 trucks that would bring in all the equipment for the show
and of course for the general public to come in as well. This mammoth undertaking was handled by our teams. Throughout the
process, we also served as consultants, guiding the team with strategic input to bring all elements of the festival together
seamlessly. Our holistic approach ensured a seamless integration of design, logistics, and production—delivering a high-quality,
immersive festival experience on time and within budget.
